Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • 1 onion diced.
  • 2 cloves garlic minced.
  • 1 jalapeño diced.
  • 1 teaspoon cumin.
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder.
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies.
  • 4 cups chicken broth.
  • 1 cup corn kernels.
  • 1 can black beans drained.
  • Tortilla strips for topping.
  • Fresh cilantro lime wedges, shredded cheese for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté the onions, garlic, and jalapeño.
