- 200 grams of fresh crab meat
- 200 ml of heavy cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Preparing the Cream: In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the heavy cream until it starts to simmer gently.
Combining the Yolks and Ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
