Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large bowl, combine Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup with the milk, and mix well until the mixture is smooth.
Add the cooked turkey, cooked pasta, mushrooms, and Parmesan cheese, and stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish and sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top.
